The movements taught in class focus on specific exercises to improve strength and power around the ankle, knee and hip joints, while improving your reaction time. This class is designed for fall prevention and is suitable for nearly every fitness level. Our signature class format is the ultimate full-body workout. 40 minutes of high intensity, dance-based cardio are followed by 20 minutes of strength training and stretching. Your certified instructor will motivate you to dance, jump, kick, plank, push-up and crunch your way through hit .
